On the Fone to BOOST for a 1 & 1/2 hours

So I'm getting pissed at me txt delays. I don't txt alot but my buddys do. So I called BOOST the other day. I was on the fone for 1 and 1/2 HOURs. I talked with 2 people and that last person I talk to was talking to SPRINT via IM(WTF). Well I all that time I did 2 master resets and 2 settings resets. Change my number then changed it back. Refreshed my fone 2 times and changed my IP 2 times. Power cycled my fone took out my sim. Turned it on then off like 12 times. And who knows what BOOST and SPRINT did. All in all my txting is know fixed so they made a trouble ticket and gave me a $15 cred to my acct. So BOOST/SPRINT will call me back to tell me wut is up.
